2009 Charlie Flowers Award	Charlie Flowers Award ICCA's Charlie Flowers Award was created in 2009 in memory of our beloved friend and colleague, who exemplified the highest principles of corporate responsibility and integrity. The award will be made from time to time in recognition of an individual or organization that has demonstrated a strong spirit of support for and collaboration with ICCA. For the first award, ICCA honors Teletrust, Inc. Charlie Flowers, who was Vice President of Teletrust, Inc., exemplified the ideals of friendship and personal involvement, and came to be sincerely loved by many in the community corrections field.
